I am Made of Sunshine and Wildness

"I am Made of Sunshine and Wildness" is a 12x12x 2 inch original mixed media painting on cradled stretched canvas. Wired to hang without a frame and signed and titled on reverse. 

 I was inspired to create this mixed media painting by the sunny, carefree days of July. The bright colors feel like summer to me and remind me of the joyous times I spent playing at the beach as a child. The materials are acrylic paint, gelatos, Stabilo Woody pencil, my own hand-painted paper, Nepalese handmade paper, vintage scraps and pages from a Fairy Tale. The final painting has been varnished to for archival preservation.
