You Are Enough

"You Are Enough" is a 12x12x.75 inch Mixed Media Painting on canvas.

This is a new piece in my "Sweet Messages" series, and the quote in it reads:

"Note to self: RELAX. You are enough. You have enough. You do enough. Breathe extra deep. Let go & just live right now in the moment."

I created this piece with just one main color -- GREEN -- to practice the concept of having enough.  So, instead of using every color of the rainbow (which is one of my favorite things to do!), I used a very limited palette. And, you know what? There was enough variation in just green to create a whole world of complex color and design! I hope this painting reminds you that you already have everything you need inside of your beautiful self to shine. 

Mixed media elements include handmade monoprints and book pages.  The sides are painted in a Teal Green and the back is fitted with hardware to hang without a frame. Signed and titled on reverse.
