I started painting as a way to connect on a heart and soul level with others, and nothing is more important to me than continuing to foster community between artists and friends. Each year, I do 1-2 in-person art retreats in beautiful settings with delicious food and lots of studio and sharing time! Here are my current retreat offerings for 2025-2026. I am hosting back-to-back workshops with the wonderful Perigord Retreats this year, catching the best of the lavender and sunflower seasons. This will be my 3rd & 4th workshops with these delightul hosts, and I just know you will adore your time with us in their Perigord Paradise. We will paint gorgeous florals and embrace our creativity, remembering that we have challenges, heartaches, changes & losses in our lives, but there is always a way for joy and hope to emerge. Torn fragments of paper from my life and travels form the textured backdrop for the bright flowers and birds I paint. These fragments are like our memories and experiences. Each is unique, layered and filled with stories.
