Once Upon a Time

"Once Upon a Time" - 9x12 mixed media painting on canvas board. This piece is my personal fairy tale castle dreamscape complete with billowing blue skies, rolling meadows and, of course, a field of zinnias!

This is a mixed media collage, built up by layering bright acrylic paint, bits of paper from my collection -- including handmade mono prints, a page from a fairy tale and handmade Nepalese paper.

The painting is signed,  and it is titled on reverse.
