Counting My Blessings

Counting My Blessings is an 18 x 18 x 2.25 inch original mixed media painting on museum quality, ultra-deep cradled canvas. This piece continues my story of the little yellow bird who is taking some much needed 'me-time' in the garden as she reflects with gratitude on her life.

Mixed media elements include pages from a French romance novel, pages from a gardening dictionary, handmade Nepalese paper and a piece of vintage player piano paper (which reads from bottom to top as it was made to scroll through the player).  Flowers include zinnias, lilies and daisies. 

Signed & titled and fitted with wire to hang on the wall without a frame. The sides are painted black.
