Midnight Sun is an 8x8x3/4 inches mixed media painting on wood panel. Two swallows have snuck away to frolic under the stars. The night is dark, but they are lit by the glow of an ever-hopeful sunflower that stands tall and reminds them to always find the light in darkness.

Signed, titled and fitted with wire to hang on the wall without a frame. Sides are painted blue-black.
