Brighter Every Day

Brighter Every Day- is a 12 x 6 x 1 inch original mixed media painting on cradled canvas.  

Sunflowers reach their smiling faces toward the sun as it dips below the horizon, getting a sweet kiss from a bright hummingbird and taking in the last rays of light for the day. 

The quote on the bottom right reads "Let Your Light Shine so brightly that others can see their way out of the dark." 

Mixed media elements include old book pages, handmade mono prints, Nepalese handmade paper and touches of gold glitter. There are two little golden bumble bees that flit along the side of the canvas.

Signed and titled on reverse and fitted with wire for easy hanging without a frame.  Sides are painted in teal green to match the darker tones of the leaves.
