I care deeply about the work I create and the people who collect and learn from it. These policies are here to keep things clear, fair, and respectful on both sides.

Digital Courses & Online Classes

All digital courses, memberships, and downloadable content are non-refundable.

Because digital courses provide immediate access to original, proprietary teaching materials, I’m unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. Many of my classes teach my signature methods and techniques, which I’ve developed and refined over many years, and this policy helps protect the integrity and originality of that work.

I do my best to clearly describe each course on the sales page so you can decide whether it’s the right fit before purchasing. If you have questions before enrolling, I’m always happy to help — just reach out.

Physical Products (Prints, Decks, etc.)

If you purchase a physical item from my shop and need to request an exchange, I’m happy to help within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You’ll need to contact me within 30 days of receiving your order

At this time, I do not offer refunds on physical items, but I’m glad to exchange them for another item of equal value when possible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless an item arrives damaged.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me right away so I can make it right.
