"There's No Place Like Home"

"There's No Place Like Home" is a 12x12x1.5 Mixed Media Painting on canvas and the third in my Coming Home series.

This sweet, classic cottage overlooks the sea distant hills. The foreground contains a field of joyful sunflowers, and the sky is filled with mixed media butterflies and torn white sparkle paper clouds. The colors are a limited palette of blues, greens and yellows.

Mixed media elements include, pages from a fairy tale, pages from a French romance novel, sheet music, and other handmade papers.
