River

River is a 5 x 5 x .5 inch original mixed media painting on heart-shaped wood panel.  River defies boundaries, loves nature and reminds you that it's important to nurture your soul with water, trees and the great outdoors!

Mixed media elements include sheet music, handmade paper and other snippets of papers from my travels.  

Signed & titled on reverse and fitted with a small Command hanger for easy non-damaging hanging on the wall without a frame. The piece will lie flat as there are also cork spacers for balance on the back of the heart.

This piece is part of my "Sweethearts" series of 12 heart-shaped paintings just in time for Valentine's Day 2023.
