Monet

Monet is a 5 x 5 x .5 inch original mixed media painting on heart-shaped wood panel.  Say "Bonjour" to Monet. He is a very artistic chap who can usually be found flitting among his fabulous gardens - especially the tulips.  He can be counted on to always show up with flowers and reminds you not to be afraid to follow your creative muse!! 

Mixed media elements include handmade Nepalese paper and other snippets of papers from my travels.  

Signed & titled on reverse and fitted with a small Command hanger for easy non-damaging hanging on the wall without a frame. The piece will lie flat as there are also cork spacers for balance on the back of the heart.

This piece is part of my "Sweethearts" series of 12 heart-shaped paintings just in time for Valentine's Day 2023.
