Cher - SweetHEART Music Icon

Cher is a 5 x 5 x .5  inch original mixed media painting on heart-shaped wood panel. Cher's feathers are inspired by her flamboyant and beautiful headdress made famous at the 1986 Oscars. She is surrounded by bright magenta poppies.

Mixed media elements include sheet music, mono prints, and other snippets of papers from my travels.  

Signed & titled on reverse and fitted with a small Command hanger for easy non-damaging hanging on the wall without a frame. The piece will lie flat as there are also cork spacers for balance on the back of the heart.

This piece is part of my "Sweethearts SweetHEARTS - Music Icons Collection" series of 11 heart-shaped paintings just in time for Valentine's Day 2024.
