The Light Always Finds Her

The Light Always Finds Her is an 8x10 x 1.5 inch original mixed media painting on museum cradled wood panel. This little bird holds her head high even surrounded by a dark sky. Her resilient spirit is a light in darkness. the flower included in this piece are 'albino' daisies and marigolds.  Mixed media elements include mementos handmade nepalese paper, pages from gardening books, fairy tales and pieces of my own hand-painted paper. 

Signed & titled on reverse and fitted with wire to hang on the wall without a frame.
