Thankful for the Little Things- 9x12 mixed media painting on canvas board.
This painting was inspired by the flowers in a sweet bouquet I put together during my recent trip to Connecticut. A songbird sits atop a blooming chrysanthemum in a garden of zinnias, cardinal flowers and carnations.
Mixed media elements in this painting include book pages, sheet music and handmade monoprints.
