A little art studio sits perched on a hill by the sea, letting in light and creative inspiration from the elements.
The sky, sea and steps of this seaside art studio are made from cut paper. I allowed the ocean to emerge from a strip of blue mono printed paper, and the sky is an array of abstract and organic shapes. I wanted the world around this studio to resemble an artist's imagination (the way we see patterns and shapes in the clouds!).
Mixed media elements include many, many handmade monoprints, some created by pressing leaves and other botanical elements into the printing plate.
Fitted with wire, and signed and title don reverse. Sides are painted in Storm Blue to match = the front. Ready to hang on the wall without a frame! Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity listing you as the original buyer.
