Paris Sunrise

"Paris Sunrise" is an 18 x 24 x 2 inch acrylic painting on deep-cradled canvas.

The sun peeks through the Eiffel Tower and paints the buildings of Paris a rosy hue while the flowers of Jardin des Plantes smile to greet the day! It's a perfect morning to grab 'un cafe' and a fresh croissant, or, like Pierre the cat, perch in the windowsill to watch the swallows fly through the clouds.

This painting was a true labor of love, as I hand-mixed all of the colors of those buildings with their tiny windows and ledges to get the perfect sunrise feeling and made sure that every flower had its own personality.  

The sides are painting in a dark teal to match the grass on the front of the painting. Signed, titled and fitted with wire on reverse for easy, frame-less hanging.
