"Turning Toward the Sun" is a 12x12x.75 inch Painting on cradled canvas.

This is a flower medicine bouquet featuring sunflowers, ranunculus flowers and a golden oriole. This is part of my new series of "healing posies' painted with the intention of calling in energy needed for its owner. Sunflowers bring in a sense of hope as we embark on new adventures while ranunculus, with its tightly wound petals that expand dreamily, remind us that there are always surprises when we keep our hearts open!

Mixed media elements include handmade monoprints, glitter, sheet music, and pages from a novel.

The sides are painted in Parchment to match the front, and the back is fitted with hardware to hang without a frame. Signed and titled on reverse.
