Original encaustic painting on 1" cradled wood panel. Created with multiple layers of fused, pigmented beeswax. The layers are then carved and incised with oil paint for a highly detailed, line-drawn effect embedded in the wax in my signature style. There are touches of gold leaf embedded in this piece and lots of textural elements.
"When We Dance" measures 24x24 inches on 1' cradled wood panel and is signed, wired and titled on reverse. Ready to hang on the wall.
