Original encaustic painting on deep cradled, 2" deep wood panel. Created with multiple layers of fused, pigmented beeswax. The layers are then carved and incised with oil paint for a highly detailed, line-drawn effect embedded in the wax in my signature style.
"Midnight Kiss" measures 6x8x2 inches and is signed, wired and titled on reverse. Ready to hang on the wall. The deep-cradled effect adds an dramatic impact to any setting.
